John Nailling serves as Controller at Beacon Concrete Construction, bringing over 30 years of  specialized experience in construction accounting. Known for his precision, integrity, and deep  understanding of the financial side of the industry, John plays a critical role in managing the  company’s financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. His expertise helps ensure the  fiscal health and long-term stability of the organization. 

With a career rooted in the construction sector, John has built a reputation for streamlining processes,  supporting strategic growth, and providing leadership through complex financial landscapes. 

John is married to his wife Brenda and proud to be a girl dad to his daughter Shea. A lifelong sports fan, he’s a die-hard  Texas Rangers supporter and, through thick and thin, remains loyal to his Dallas Cowboys—no  matter how tough the season.
