Daniel Gatica

With over two decades of field leadership and a track record of delivering countless successful  projects, Daniel Gatica serves as General Superintendent at Beacon Concrete Construction. Known  for his calm, steady presence and lead-by-example approach, Daniel is a stoic and respected leader  who sets the tone for excellence on every jobsite. 

He oversees field operations with precision and care, ensuring teams are aligned, schedules are met,  and quality stays uncompromised. 

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys traveling and exploring great food—he’s a true foodie at heart. He and  his wife Nereida are proud parents to their two children, Ahtziri and Gerzson, who keep life full of joy  and adventure.
