Bradley Connolly leads preconstruction efforts for Beacon Concrete Construction in the North Texas  Region, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a strong background in project estimating. Brad plays a  key role in laying the groundwork for successful projects—analyzing plans, developing budgets, and  collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure every job starts on the right foot. 

With a passion for precision and a calm, solutions-oriented approach, Brad helps bridge the gap  between concept and construction. 

When he’s not in front of a set of plans or a screen, Brad is most likely outdoors—either on the golf  course, out hunting, or deep-diving into the latest conspiracy theory for fun. He and his wife Marilynn  love spending time with their beautiful daughter, Nora, who keeps life full of laughter and energy.
