Angel Alvarez

Angel Alvarez has been immersed in the construction world since childhood. The son of an immigrant father known as "Big Angel," a dedicated framer, Angel spent weekends and school breaks on job sites, learning the trade firsthand. From an early age, he understood the value of hard work—but more importantly, he learned the significance of people. As his father taught him: “Always take care of your people. Without your people, you’re nothing.”

Angel’s professional journey in the multi-family construction industry began in 2006. In 2022, he concluded a successful nine-year tenure as Partner and Executive Vice President at a top 5 ENR concrete firm, where he led operations across the Texas and Arizona markets.

Today, Angel channels the lessons, leadership, and legacy from his past into Beacon—a company built not just for business, but as a vessel to improve lives and reflect God’s grace and love. For Angel, Beacon is more than a construction firm; it's a mission to create lasting impact for his family, his team, and his community.

Angel is married to his wife, Crystal, and they share their home with their beloved dog, Benson. Outside of work, Angel is a dedicated martial artist, holding a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and actively training in mixed martial arts.
